I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2005 with a background focused on mental health care in the occupational therapy field. I specialize in a variety of modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, Thai, sports medicine, pain management, injury recovery, prenatal and postnatal care, Swedish and spa treatments. My approach is client centered care with a love for healing and recovery from trauma, PTSD and mental illness . I enjoy yoga, meditation and dance practice to keep myself focused and healthy.

I am a fun, fearless healer and instructor. I’ve been a therapist since 2003. I’ve worked in sports arenas, hospitals, and spas. I have worked with kids with autism and athletes, pregnant women and infants.  I have always enjoyed doing stretches, prenatal, children and infant massage, deep tissue, Thai, lymph, reflexology, etc. I enjoy people with ailments because we can track progress and improvement. Massage has taught me many lessons, taken me many places, introduced me to many amazing people. It has given me purpose for my life. I’m always interested in how I can support people and serve my community.
