Deep Tissue

Our therapeutic deep tissue massage is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Deep tissue massage is also used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface.

Couples Massage

A couples massage is when two people each enjoy a massage while lying on two separate tables in the same room. There are two massage therapists—one for each person.

Pricing for couples is the individual cost of each person's massage. We do not upcharge for a couples session.

Himalayan Hot Stone

Himalayan salt stones are heated to provide salt’s healing benefits. There are many benefits of Himalayan Salt Stone Massage including balancing your body's positive and negative ions. This can help reduce inflammation, which causes pain and illness. Himalayan salt contains more than 80 trace minerals that are absorbed by your body as well as being naturally antimicrobial which helps your body to detoxify. Your skin will feel more refreshed and lightly exfoliated by the glide from salt stones.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage can help relieve aches associated with pregnancy such as back, leg and neck pain. Prenatal massage can also improve circulation, help reduce nervous tension, anxiety and "pregnancy insomnia". Doctor release required in your first trimester.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic flow and helps transport the lymph from swollen to non-swollen areas. MLD is not suitable for everyone, and there are situations, such as infections, where MLD must not be applied. Always refer to your healthcare professional first to make sure that MLD is right for you.
